Efficiency

1. Toroidal Vortex Combustion : This is an innovative technique in a toroidal gas flow and is applied to a standard pressure jet burner to enhance combustion efficiency to near perfect blue flame combustion. Typical Carbon Monoxide levels are 0 ppm with the technique.
2. The heat exchanger is a one-piece 316 grade stainless construction whereby heat is exchanged between the gases and the water in the heating system and also the incoming air to the burner system.
   This is the double condensing principle and it means that the heat exchanger remains in the condensing mode far longer than in simple single condensing boilers.

Control

1. Add to the above a sophisticated optimiser compensator control system that controls the heating very accurately by modulating the boiler temperature in line with real time heat demand and you have the ultimate in energy saving technology.
2. The enhanced combustion and heat transfer technology leads to flue gas temperatures so low that normal UPVC plastic can be employed to form the flue system.

Extremely Low Noise

Noise levels of the units are very low in comparison to standard pressure jet burners and the 80kW unit can be located in occupied rooms in domestic applications.
